Darla joined the Herre Bros., Inc. team in January 2000. She began her employment with Herre Bros., Inc. in the capacity of Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO.

During her time at Herre Bros., Inc., Darla has participated in several continuing education programs to further develop her skills and knowledge in office and executive procedures. As a result of her continued growth she was appointed Corporate Secretary in 2004.

In 2006, Darla was appointed EEO Officer and Human Resource/Personnel Director. She has accepted these responsibilities and still maintains her position as Corporate Secretary.
